As an Accounting Supervisor, you are responsible for overseeing the accounting team's daily work. Ensure that all financial and accounting operations will run smoothly. Oversee and review the work of accountants, to ensure accuracy and efficiency.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the result expectations of the assigned Team.
• Oversees the day-to-day accounting/bookkeeping operation of the assigned client/team.
• Ensures overall compliance with the assigned team assignments and standards.
• Ensures overall client satisfaction of the assigned client and/or team.
• Ensures improvements and/or compliance with assigned task goals and activities.
• Provides accounting, bookkeeping, and technical assistance to client issues and/or requirements
• Performs standard report and admin requirements as assigned.
• Perform assessment and formulate strategies that will improve the team's results,
• Ensures all team members are properly trained and equipped to perform all client deliverables.

Qualifications:

• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) but not required
• Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy (BSA)
• With 5 to 7 years of total working experience in the Accounting field
• At least 3 years of experience in a Supervisory role or similar capacity
• Experience in supervising at least 8-10 members.
• Experience with catering services or assisting US and/or Australian clients
• Competent in handling bookkeeping and accounting operations
• Can perform assessment and review of operational concerns.
• Can recommend continuous improvements of existing processes.
• Sound knowledge of various accounting operations, principles, and practices
• Good communication skills - written & verbal
• Proactive, Detail Oriented, Resourceful & Self Starter
• Strong management and leadership skills
• Preferably can start immediately
