The ideal candidate should be able to create and maintain an efficient system of operation to support business needs. The candidate should be comfortable multitasking and working cross-functionally with different business units. He/She should have experience managing and operating healthcare account/s, preferably in authorization, medical billing, and accounts receivable.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor and manage team members' performance
  • Establish and maintain business standards for accuracy, productivity, and reliability
  • Prepare annual performance review of team members and reevaluate account processes
  • Offer guidance and support to help with team quality and daily operations;
  • Handle customer complaints and complicated problems from team members;
  • Collects feedback from team members and offers efficiency improvement plans to the Operations Manager.
  • Report generation
  • Other tasks/functions that may be assigned by the Company as per business requirement. These may change from time to time to reflect the changing requirements of your position and our business.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in a similar role
  • Must have experience in managing operations of healthcare account/s
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Strong ability to multitask
  • Comfort working with multiple groups within the business
  • Willing to work on-site in Eastwood, Quezon City, or Ortigas, Pasig City
