Responsibilities:
Communicate efficiently via email and phone with advisors, clients, vendors, and partners
Manage inbound phone calls and appropriately redirect them within the company.
Accurately enter data, prepare, and update documents as needed
Independently manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
Ensure timely completion of assigned tasks and projects as per specified deadlines
Qualifications:
Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a BPO setting as a virtual assistant role
Bachelors degree or equivalent experience in the BPO industry
Proficiency in written and spoken English language is paramount
Exhibit exceptional customer service skills
Possess strong administrative and organizational capabilities to handle diverse projects and tasks while meeting deadlines
Demonstrate meticulous attention to detail with minimal errors
Display resourcefulness in problem-solving and adherence to established processes and procedures
Proactively seek clarification and confirmation through effective questioning
Capable of working independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word) and adaptable to learning new software tools efficiently
