The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the accounting/finance team. You will be responsible for creating monthly financial reports and analyses to guide the management in operations and business planning. You will be collaborating with different departments to ensure financial processes and procedures are implemented. You need to have a strong accounting and finance background with excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
Responsibilities
Accounting Services
- Creation of accounting processes and procedures to build internal finance structure
- End-to-End Accounting Processes to ensure smooth business transactions including income and expenses reconciliation
- Acts as Cost controller and disbursement officer
- Creates daily reports to facilitate decision-making
- Calculation of commissions / royalties of ambassadors
- Preparation of financial statements and other documents
- Check sales reconciliation reports on daily, weekly, monthly basis
Financial Analysis
- Collaborates with production team on calculating cost of goods
- Provides appropriate and accurate financial data to support management in decision-making
- Provides input to the business plans
- Responsible for financial planning, analysis and projections
- Forecasts future revenues and expenditures to establish cost structures and determine capital budgeting for projects
- Provides sound interpretation and recommendations on the financial position of the company
- Prepares regular reports
- Guide marketing and operations team to maximize sales and minimize expenses
- Examine company budgets and recommends methods for optimization and necessary cuts
Sales Analysis and Reconciliation
- Provides accurate daily, weekly and monthly sales report and reconciliations
- Accounts all sales from different channels
Supervision of junior accounting staff
Other accounting, finance, sales tasks as required
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 3+ years' supervisory role in accounting and finance
- Ability to multi-task
- Strong verbal, written, and organizational skills
