Position Summary

The Recruiter, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of MTS by sourcing, attracting, and hiring top-notch professionals onshore and offshore.We are in search of a highlyreliable and self- motivated individual who demonstrates exceptional problem-solving skills.

Main responsibilities

• Develop and implement creativerecruiting strategies to attract qualified candidates.
• Conduct thoroughscreenings and interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit.
• Utilize various recruitment tools and platforms to source candidates effectively.
• Provide an exceptional candidate experience, maintaining clear and consistent communication throughout the hiring process.
• Collaborate with hiring managersto understand their hiring needsand requirements.
• Maintain a high degree of discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
• Utilize analytical skills to assessrecruitment metrics and improve processes.
• Stay abreastof trends and developments in recruitment practices and technologies.
• Manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously, demonstrating excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Exhibit a high level of comprehension in understanding complexjob requirements and organizational needs.
• Display resilience and adaptability in a dynamicand fast-paced environment.
• Act as a brand ambassador, representing the company'svalues and missionin all recruitment activities.

Knowledge and skills

• Bachelor’s degreein Psychology, HumanResource, or relatedfield.
• Proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilitiesand attention to detail.
• High comprehension level,with the abilityto quickly understand and assimilate new information.
• Demonstrated abilityto work independently and as part of a team.
• Passionate about delivering high-quality results and exceeding expectations.
