Duties and Responsibilities:
SHIPMENTS
- Track shipment status and coordinate delivery schedule.
- Submit required shipment documents to the forwarders.
- Prepare documents and facilitate payment of NTC fees.
- Apply for an OMB permit including payment of fees.
- Receive deliveries and update eSample system.
- In-charge of the annual renewal of BOC, NTC and OMB Permits.
- Submit monthly importation report and reconcile with HQ.
- Provide invoice and waybill details to accounting, as required.
INVENTORY MANAGEMENT
- Update inventory movement in eSample System.
- Release/Issue samples or items request.
- Prepare delivery schedule and arrange shipment.
- Prepare building permit(s) for deliveries or shipments.
- Receive returned items and update inventory records
- Conduct monthly and annual inventory count.
ADMIN SUPPORT
- Assign tasks and supervise warehouse staff.
- Monitoring stockrooms and warehouse maintenance, security and utilities.
- File request to Marketing and secure approval of units for OA use.
- Coordinate with HR and MIS the inventory of available units (OA).
- Account and propose disposition of damage or obsolete items/units (for re-use of disposal)
- Performs other assigned duties as assigned by superior
Qualifications:
- Degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, Accounting or Marketing
- Minimum of 3 years relevant work experience, preferably gained from IT industry
- Experience with inventory management software, databases, spreadsheets, and data analysis tools
- Strong communication, organizational, and analytical skills
- Attention to detail, time management, and multi-tasking skills
- Trustworthy and can work independently
- Willing to travel and visit the warehouse in Cainta, Rizal.
