Position Overview:

As the HR and Admin Manager, you will play a pivotal role in establishing and maintaining HR policies and procedures, managing administrative functions, overseeing purchasing activities, and handling payroll operations. Key Responsibilities:

Human Resources:

  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business objectives.

Manage the recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding of new employees.

Maintain employee records, including attendance, leave, and performance evaluations.

Provide guidance and support to employees on HR-related matters, including policies, benefits, and conflict resolution.

Foster a positive work environment through employee engagement initiatives, team-building activities, and recognition programs.

Stay updated on labor laws and regulations to ensure compliance in all HR practices.

Administration:

Oversee general administrative tasks such as office management, facilities maintenance, and supplies inventory.

Coordinate with external vendors and service providers for office-related needs.

Develop and maintain administrative systems and procedures to enhance efficiency and productivity.

Manage correspondence, documentation, and record-keeping for administrative purposes.

Purchasing:

Manage the procurement process, including sourcing suppliers, negotiating contracts, and purchasing goods and services.

Ensure cost-effectiveness and quality in all purchasing activities while adhering to budgetary constraints.

Monitor inventory levels and anticipate supply needs to maintain adequate stock levels.

Evaluate supplier performance and establish strong vendor relationships to ensure timely delivery and favorable terms.

Payroll:

Process payroll accurately and on time, including calculation of wages, deductions, and bonuses.

Maintain payroll records and ensure compliance with tax regulations and reporting requirements.

Address payroll-related inquiries from employees and resolve any discrepancies or issues promptly.

Collaborate with the finance department to reconcile payroll accounts and provide necessary data for financial reporting.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management, administration, purchasing, and payroll, preferably in a startup or fast-paced environment.

Strong understanding of HR principles, labor laws, and best practices.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with employees at all levels.

Demonstrated ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a dynamic work environment.

Proficiency in HRIS, payroll software, and MS Office Suite.

Ability to adapt to change and embrace challenges with a positive attitude and growth mindset.
