This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Generalist at Colegio de Sebastian - Pampanga Inc. The Human Resources Generalist will be responsible for day-to-day HR tasks such as managing HR policies, overseeing employee benefits, and benefits administration.

• Human Resources (HR) and HR Management skills
• Experience in developing and implementing HR policies
• Knowledge of Employee Benefits and Benefits Administration
• Strong understanding of HR processes and procedures
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
