Responsible to establish effective training courses, build and develop excellent human relations and good leadership culture in the organization through training intervention.
- Facilitates design and implementation of company-wide personnel training, career development and succession process.
- Conducts Training Needs Analysis to identify the relevant training intervention across all functions.
- Consolidate such training need into a training calendar for the year and ensure the timely and efficient implementation of such training plan.
- Ensure an effective and efficient conduct of training using internal and external resources, in accordance with the training plan/calendar.
- Ensure a systematic and effective measurement and evaluation of training effectiveness against competency requirements.
- Maintain and update records of training (training information system) as well as records of training resource person.
