Job Overview:
We are seeking a results-driven Media Buyer to join our dynamic performance marketing team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with both Google Ads and Meta Ads (Facebook /Instagram) platforms. You will be responsible for managing high-volume ad campaigns across a variety of brands, e-commerce sites, affiliate products, and performance marketing initiatives. Your role will focus on driving traffic, optimizing performance, and maximizing ROI.

Primary Responsibilities:
Create, manage, and optimize paid ad campaigns across Google Ads and Meta Ads platforms.

Analyze performance data and implement adjustments to improve Click-Through Rates (CTR), Conversion Rates (CVR), and overall campaign effectiveness.

Manage a large portfolio of ad accounts, ensuring high performance in e-commerce, affiliate marketing, and search arbitrage campaigns.

Leverage performance marketing strategies to launch and scale non-branded, direct-response campaigns.

Track, analyze, and report on key metrics to stakeholders and suggest actionable insights to improve performance.

Conduct A/B testing on creative, copy, and targeting strategies to continuously enhance performance.

Collaborate with creative teams to ensure ad creatives are optimized for performance.

Maintain consistent productivity and high performance in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.

Qualifications:

Proven experience managing Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns, with a focus on e-commerce and affiliate marketing.
Demonstrated ability to handle high-volume, performance-driven ad buying.

Strong knowledge of CTR, CVR, and ROI optimization tactics in paid media.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced setting, balancing multiple campaigns and deadlines.

Strong analytical skills, with experience using analytics tools to track campaign performance and make data-driven decisions.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively across teams.
