GrowthAssistant is looking for a Paid Search and Paid Social Specialist for our growth marketing team. This teammate will play a pivotal role in executing and optimizing our paid social media campaigns across various platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and Google. The Role

  • Launch and optimize Meta and Google ad campaigns, including A/B testing to identify successful strategies and drive business results.
  • Independently manage and refine campaigns across various Google formats (e.g., Search, Display, PMax, Shopping, Video) based on data trends such as ROAS, CTR, and CPM.
  • Monitor, track, and report on ad performance, addressing challenges and proactively communicating findings to clients.
  • Develop and test new ad copy and assets for emerging products or services, and assist in establishing new ad channels.
  • Apply SEO best practices for keyword optimization and collaborate with cross-functional teams to collect ad content and assets.

The Requirements

  • 2+ years of Google ads experience with Display & YouTube Ads.
  • Support paid media on Meta, TikTok, and LinkedIn
  • Understanding of and experience calculating ROAS, CTR, CPM, and other important paid media KPIs and metrics
  • Experience building reports in Excel or Google Sheets to show paid media trends in real time, and over time across campaigns
  • Monitoring & optimizing ad spend budget per day, week, and month, making budget allocation adjustments based on data - per client direction
  • Proficiency in fluent English written and verbal communication
  • Proactive daily communication through Slack/IM, email, and video calls
  • Proven success partnering with U.S. based clients in past roles
  • Ability to work EST - with overtime opportunities from October - December (peak season) Client would like some weekend coverage Q4
