SALE REPORTING/BUSINESS ANALYST

We are looking for a Sales Reporting/Business Analyst who will be responsible for the Littelfuse global sales reporting and sales incentive payments (commissions). The role will assist in the managing, enhancing, and influencing the company’s vision for various sales and marketing related databases including, but not limited to: LF SAP Sales data, LF non-SAP sales data, commission tracking and payment reconciliation data, split commission databases, distributor POS, and name cleansing databases. The position will perform sales and marketing related analysis to help promote products and target opportunities for the company’s growth.

About The Job

  • Sales Data – Thorough understanding of BW and ability to assist business units in extracting data. Participate in training and testing of the BW (sales reporting) module Work with the data team to ensure data integrity. Manage projects as defined by the manager. Create and perform regular sales-related analyses.
  • Commission Related - Manage and coordinate the database for tracking and payment reconciliation of the sales commission process for all regions. Maintain and administer split commission tracking program and applicable databases. Run SAP and Access-related commission programs. A thorough understanding of customer master data, specifically regarding sales office/sales groups, ensures appropriate data is distributed throughout the organization.
  • POS Related - Maintain POS & inventory databases for North America Distribution Maintain POS & inventory databases for Europe Distribution. Maintain POS & inventory databases for Asia Distribution. Manage and coordinate the POS portion of the database for tracking and payment reconciliation of POS commissions.
  • Pricing Related - Creation of price items and working with Product Management for price loading in Price List Management tool. Troubleshooting with Product Management on any issues in the Price List Management tool (access/re-training/fielding questions). Creation and distribution of ESBU price lists to internal LF teams, NA Manufacturer Rep Firms, and Distributors globally on a semi-annual basis. Perform ad hoc data gathering and analysis related to pricing (ex: margin analysis, change impact analysis) as defined by Pricing Manager. Perform UAT for any system changes/refreshes that impact the Price List Management tool.
  • Assist with maintenance of various master data elements (sales office/sales group, product hierarchy, corporate customer, new product identifier, et cetera.) Assist in testing any relevant SAP configuration or legal change packs. Development and maintenance of any necessary SAP documentation relative to Product Hierarchies, commissions, and/or BW. Clearly communicate findings of analyses with business leaders.



About You

  • Graduate of any four (4) year course with 1 - 2 years relevant experience in data analysis
  • Ability to analyze and interpret data – not just report on it.
  • High attention to detail to ensure accurate report generation
  • Should have good English communication skills.
  • Must have analytical skills and the ability to work in team environment exchanging ideas and information.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Access
  • Basic knowledge and understanding of SAPs various modules (SD, PP, MM, Flex Planning, SIS, BW) a plus
  • Ability to manage project autonomously and be a self-starter
