We are looking for a highly creative Social Media Specialist/ Manager with expertise in Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Final Cut Pro (or similar video editing tools) to join our innovative team. The ideal candidate will specialize in creating impactful designs and videos that resonate across social media platforms like Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook . You will play a key role in driving social media engagement, executing ad campaigns, and enhancing brand awareness, particularly in the beverage industry.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and growth.
Lead the day-to-day management of social media platforms, including content creation, posting, and scheduling.
Engage with followers by responding to comments, messages, and fostering conversations that align with the brand voice.
Analyze social media performance and provide detailed reports on key metrics, including reach, engagement, and ROI, with recommendations for improvement.
Plan and execute visually captivating graphics, banners, and ads tailored for social media, including Instagram and Facebook .
Create high-quality images and videos specifically for beverage-related social media content.
Conceptualize innovative design ideas and layouts that align with social media marketing strategies.
Collaborate with the marketing team to execute creative social media campaigns and projects.
Manage paid social media advertising campaigns, ensuring they are optimized for performance and align with overall marketing objectives.
Stay updated on the latest social media trends, platform updates, and industry best practices to keep the brand competitive.
Collaborate with other departments to align social media efforts with broader marketing and business initiatives.


Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in graphic design, Marketing, Communications or a related field.
2-4 years of experience managing social media platforms and campaigns.
Proven track record of developing and executing successful social media strategies.
Proficiency in social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Sprout Social) and analytics platforms.
Strong understanding of social media advertising and paid campaign management.
Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
2-3 years of experience in graphic design with a strong focus on social media and digital marketing.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) and social media-focused video editing software (Final Cut Pro, Adobe Premiere, etc.).

Preferred Skills:
