About the Role:

As a Sales Operations Specialist focused on partner and merchant onboarding, you will play a crucial role in expanding our business by facilitating the seamless integration of new partners and merchants into our ecosystem. You will be responsible for ensuring a smooth onboarding process, providing necessary support, and driving successful partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the entire onboarding process for new partners and merchants, including documentation, contract negotiation, and technical integration.
  • Conduct due diligence and risk assessments to ensure compliance with company standards and regulations.
  • Coordinate with various internal teams (e.g., legal, finance, technical) to ensure a smooth onboarding experience.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with partners and merchants.
  • Provide ongoing support and assistance throughout the partnership lifecycle.
  • Address any issues or concerns that may arise promptly and effectively.
  • Develop and deliver training materials and resources to partners and merchants.
  • Provide ongoing support and guidance to ensure successful use of our platform.
  • Facilitate knowledge transfer and collaboration between partners and merchants.
  • Maintain accurate records of partner and merchant information.
  • Generate reports and analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
  • Provide insights to support strategic decision-making.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
  • 2-3 years of experience in partner or merchant onboarding, account management, or a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of sales operations and business development processes.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce).
