We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented business/operations analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a blend of technical, analytical, and administrative skills and will work closely with the team to ensure smooth daily operations. This role involves creating, analyzing, and providing insight for new and existing reports, employee onboarding support, tracking and communicating missing onboarding items, and supporting various administrative tasks. You’ll also be responsible for ensuring systems function correctly, assisting with project management, and keeping the organization on track with our performance metrics.

Hours of work will be discussed during interview process but the ideal candidate will ideally work a few hours (7 AM CST to 11 AM CST) overlapping with other operational tea m me mbers to learn the role, responsibilities, and coordinate on various projects.

Key Responsibilities:
- Pull weekly KPIs, analyze data, and provide actionable recommendations.
- Generate new or existing reports to analyze business performance and track progress on key metrics.
- Provide feedback on ways to improve organizational reporting.
- Provide assistance to the operations manager and CEO and spearhead various projects.
- Project management: organize the team, manage tasks and goals, and ensure clarity on who is responsible for what.
- Handle follow-up communications and coordinate various tasks across departments.
- Post and repost job openings, ensuring a steady stream of qualified candidates.
- Track necessary employee documentation during onboarding and throughout employment to ensure compliance.
- Provide feedback and suggestions on improving (efficiency, automation, etc.) the new hire onboarding experience.
- Monitor and follow up on missing documentation.
- Set up accounts for new hires on a monthly basis.
- Check schedules weekly, send reminders regarding PTO requests, and ensure scheduling issues are addressed.
- Track, Troubleshoot, and resolve technology issues, ensuring systems (GHL and others) are functioning properly.
- Post blogs to support content initiatives.

Qualifications:
- Strong Proficiency with Smartsheets, Google Sheets, and other project management tools.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience in Human Resources or a related administrative role is desirable.
- Demonstrated ability to organize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficient in email (Gmail) and other communication platforms.
- Ability to work independently and handle a variety of tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with content management systems and basic website editing is a plus.
- Experience in customer service and resolving technical issues is preferred.

Preferred Skills:
- Experience with GHL (Go High Level) or similar systems.
- Basic project management experience.
- Familiarity with performance reporting and business analytics tools.
- Comfort with technology troubleshooting and handling onboarding processes.

Education & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field is preferred.
- At least 2 years of experience in an operations or administrative role, virtual assistance, or project management.
