Company Overview : Mesmos is a 7 figure Amazon brand known for delivering high-quality, inspiring products to customers. As we continue to expand, we’re looking for an experienced Off-Amazon DTC Growth Manager to drive our presence beyond Amazon, utilizing digital marketing strategies to grow our Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) sales and other off-Amazon channels.

Job Description: As the Off-Amazon DTC Growth Manager, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our online presence and increasing revenue outside of Amazon. You will lead growth efforts for our DTC website through various digital marketing channels, manage social media content, and run email marketing campaigns to engage and convert our target audience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategies to grow off-Amazon sales through DTC and other eCommerce platforms.
  • Manage and optimize paid media campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook, TikTok, Meta, YouTube, and other digital platforms.
  • Manage social media content creation and scheduling across platforms to drive engagement, grow followers, and support marketing efforts.
  • Plan and execute email marketing campaigns, including segmentation, design, automation, and performance tracking.
  • Analyze campaign performance and make data-driven adjustments to optimize ROI, conversion rates, and customer acquisition costs.
  • Collaborate with the creative and content teams to ensure consistent messaging across digital ads, social media, and email campaigns.
  • Research and experiment with new off-Amazon growth channels and techniques to diversify and expand marketing efforts.
  • Leverage customer insights and data analytics to improve the customer journey and enhance the overall user experience.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to drive decision-making based on key performance metrics, including revenue, traffic, conversion rates, and return on ad spend (ROAS).
  • Ensure alignment between the Amazon and off-Amazon marketing strategies to maintain a cohesive brand experience.

Qualifications:

  • Mandatory Requirement: Proven track record of growing off-Amazon presence for a successful Amazon brand.
  • Experience in direct-to-consumer (DTC) marketing and growth strategies
  • 3+ years of experience in digital marketing via Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, or YouTube Ads.
  • Strong experience managing social media accounts and content strategies.
  • Proficient in email marketing platforms (e.g., Klaviyo, Mailchimp, Awebber) and automation tools.
  • Solid analytical skills with experience in using tools like Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, etc., for data-driven decisions.
  • Experience managing significant ad budgets and optimizing for ROI while scaling campaigns.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Knowledge of e-commerce platforms and trends
  • Proven ability to develop and execute marketing campaigns to drive customer acquisition and retention

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with DTC website management or eCommerce platforms, preferably Wordpress
  • Familiarity with SEO and content marketing strategies.
  • Proven ability to explore and capitalize on new off-Amazon marketing opportunities.
