We are looking for a skilled and experienced Financial Accountant with expertise in QuickBooks and U.S. tax advisory to assist our small business. This role involves restructuring our company’s financial systems, advising on the best practices for tax management, and ensuring financial records are organized and optimized for tax season.

Key Responsibilities:

Restructure and organize financial accounts to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
Change account registrations to align with company goals.
Provide advice on U.S. tax regulations, including categorization and deductions to minimize tax liabilities.
Recommend tax-efficient purchasing strategies.
Prepare the business for tax season, ensuring all records are compliant and up to date.
Conduct Zoom or Google Meet calls to advise on financial decisions and strategies for saving or spending.
Qualifications:

Proven experience in accounting for small businesses.
Expertise in QuickBooks and financial management software.
Strong understanding of U.S. tax laws and regulations for LLCs.
Ability to advise on best practices for financial structuring and tax efficiency.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain financial concepts clearly.

Job Details:

Salary: $120 per month
Hours: $3/Hour, 10 hours per week ( Will increase after trust is built)
