  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

We are hiring for Customer Service Representative and following details

You will be deployed at client office in Quezon City, Metro Manila.

Work Onsite - Bridgetown West, C5 Road, Quezon City, Metro Manila (No option for Work from Home / Remote)

Its 4 hours 30 Mins Working hours in a day only (Part time)

Shift - 11:30 PM to 4:00 AM and 12:00 AM to 4:30 AM Philippines Time

Should be willing to work from Monday - Sunday (5 Days in a week) will have 2 weekly off (Not necessary it will be Saturday OR Sunday.

Salary Budget – up to 14000 PHP (Inclusive of transport, rice and basic)

Additional Benefits for the shifts - Statutory Benefits (HMO, Night differential and 13 Months' pay and other benefits as per law)

Experience: Minimum 6 months to 1 year US Healthcare / BPO (Inbound Calls) experience.

Job Responsibilities:

• Insurance coverage: Patients may call to inquire about their insurance coverage or request that a claim be submitted to their insurance company by confirming updated insurance.

• Patient Scheduling: Patients may call to schedule an appointment to their preferred facilities and time.

• Prior authorization: Patients may call to inquire about the status of authorization on file.

• Medical records requests: Patients may call to request copies of their medical records.

• Follow-up appointments: Patients may call to schedule follow-up appointments.

• Rescheduling / Cancellation of Appointments: Patients may call to reschedule or to cancel their appointments

• Account Management: Patients may call to update their demographics on file.

• Stop Notification: Patients may call for stop notification through text messaging and e-mail.
