Key Responsibilities:
1. Communicate with clients via phone, email , and chat to set appointments and address inquiries.
2. Maintain and update our client database with accurate information (Zoho, Google Drive, Go High Level).
3. Assist with administrative tasks, including data entry, document preparation, and project support.
4. Collaborate with team members to improve processes and enhance client experience.
Qualifications:
1. Proven experience as a virtual assistant or appointment setter.
2. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
3. Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
4. Proficient in using scheduling tools, CRM software, and Microsoft Office Suite.
5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
6. A reliable internet connection (with back up devices for outages) and a quiet workspace.
