Qualifications for Managerial Level:
- At least 5-8 Years of total work experience with minimum 3 years in management role
- Should have experience in Back Office LOB; must have handled at least two accounts in line with FNA Insurance, Account Receivable, Billing/Invoicing, Order Management, Credit Management, Collections, Cash Applications and/or exposure to financial/insurance industry
- Experience in Process Improvement, Cost Savings, and Gap Analysis
- Team Player with proven ability to lead and drive initiatives through teams in excess of 30 people for at least two years (except quality)
- Must have excellent communication skills and be willing to work in any shift
Responsibilities:
- Accountable for performance against financial parameters, and monitors and reports on budgetary aspects by managing team expense budget, and profitability based on company set margins and contributions
- Accountable for developing and managing key internal/external client relationships across sphere of influence to evaluate new business opportunities and defines strategic business direction within the market segments
- Responsible for medium-term planning, objective setting, and development of new procedures through interpretative judgment of over-all policies and goals
- Involvement in creation and implementation of operational protocols across the company not necessarily in span of influence
- Identifies, asses and resolves complex business problems/issues and provides alternative scenarios
- Responsible for communication of strategy, initiatives, local plans and performance metrics across
- Resolves appropriately and in real-time including but not limited to financial, performance, and human resources issues
