Our growing US-based SaaS company is looking to hire an Operations and Customer Success Manager to interact with customers over text messages, solve customer issues, update key and handle other daily operations and admin tasks. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, problem solver and capable of managing multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.

About the team:
Breakroom ( Upgrade to see actual info ) is a growing US technology company based in Los Angeles providing software solutions to customers in the Food & Beverage, Healthcare, and Logistics industries. To date, all operations and customer success tasks have been handled by the founder, and the business has grown to the point that we are ready to bring on an additional long-term team member to handle the majority of our operations. My name is James, and I’m the founder of the company. We will provide full-time training for 3-4 weeks or until you are comfortable handling all operational tasks on your own.

Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in operations, customer service or administrative roles
- Intermediate knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets
- Near-native English speaker
- Available 8 hours per day, Monday-Friday
Compensation:
$4-$7/HR USD (depending on experience), with potential bonuses based on performance.
Responsibilities
Customer Communications
- Monitor and respond to customer inquiries via email , chat, and phone in a timely and professional manner
- Assist with troubleshooting and resolving customer issues, escalating as necessary
- Maintain a positive and helpful attitude to ensure customer satisfaction
Business Operations:
- Accurately enter and update customer information, job details, and other data into the client's CRM system
- Generate reports and analytics from CRM data as required
- Handle lead generation activities, including tracking and following up with potential clients
- Collect feedback from new customers to continuously improve the onboarding process
Administrative Tasks:
- Perform data entry, manage files, and update databases as needed
- Assist with invoicing, billing, and basic bookkeeping tasks as needed
- Prepare reports and presentations for management review.
- Assist with general administrative tasks, such as email management and calendar organization.
