Accounting Manager oversee the accounting departments and activities within an organization. Accounting Manager’s main role is to ensure the organization maintains accurate and compliant financial records, accounting policies, and practices.

He/She will supervise other accounting professionals and collaborate with managers from other departments. They may be involved in FS, tax preparation, budgets and forecasts, and major financial organizational decisions.

Key deliverables:

· Monitor organizational spending and assist other managers in creating sustainable and effective budgets. Ensure resources are properly allocated and aligned with the organization's overall financial health

· Ensure accountants maintain accurate and compliant financial records. They also produce and submit regular reports.

· Analyze financial information and reports to identify risks and opportunities. He/She look at trends and discrepancies and offer insights to help with the decision-making process.

· Lead a team of accountants, ensuring they produce timely and accurate work. He/She will provide mentorship to improve their team’s performance.

· Properly oversee an organization's financial records, adhere to various financial laws and regulations. This may include tax laws, financial reporting standards, and the generally accepted accounting principles.

· Must create clear and concise financial records and reports. He/She also need to catch errors and compliance issues that could have major consequences if missed.

· Expected to perform tasks on matters within the scope of accounting from time to time, at the request of CFO

Qualification:

· Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Accountancy, Business, or Finance related courses

· CPA preferred

· Preferably with at least 3 years of working experience in accounting and finance

· Extensive knowledge and demonstrated skills in matters related to accounting and financial policies, procedures, and reporting.

· High proficiency in MS Office applications
