  • Acquire in-depth knowledge of our products and internal systems to provide effective support and solutions to our clients.
  • Maintain a positive and uplifting atmosphere in each interaction with customers and colleagues.

Required Skills
  • Proficient communication abilities in both Slovak and English.
  • A strong enthusiasm for assisting individuals with varying levels of understanding and experience.
