Job Purpose
The Assistant Manager, Facilities and Management Supplies is responsible for checking and monitoring the physical condition, maintenance and cleanliness of the building, its surroundings and facilities (stand-alone / mall- based store). The role will coordinate with the Branch Management and other business partners for the proper execution of deliverables.
Qualifications
- Graduate of Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Electrical or Mechanical)
- Minimum one (1) year working experience in a Property/Building/Facilities Management
- Has undergone Basic Occupational Safety Training (BOSH)
- Knowledgeable in Occupational Safety and Health Protocols
- Knowledgeable in Building and Equipment Maintenance Methods, Operating Requirements, and Safety Precautions
- Knowledge in warehouse operations is an advantage
- Works well under pressure, self-starter and highly trainable
- Excellent communication (verbal and written), interpersonal, and organizational skills; Exceptional interpersonal skills and time management; Results-oriented and Customer-centric
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Terminals (Office, Word, Excel, Power point)
