I’m searching for a skilled and reliable Virtual Assistant to help with several key areas of my business. If you’re organized, creative, and proactive, this could be a great opportunity for you! Here’s what I’m looking for:
Areas of Support:
• Administration: General admin tasks, email management & Marketing also calendar coordination. (Experience with Asana, webmail, zapier)
• Web & Graphic Design: Basic website updates and design work (experience with Canva, WordPress, OneDrive, similar tools is a plus!).
• Marketing: Assisting with content creation, campaign management, and strategy execution.
• Social Media Management: Scheduling posts, engagement, and growth strategy for platforms like Facebook , Instagram, and TikTok also being able to analyze data.
• Sales: Providing support with lead generation, follow-ups, lead tracking and sales assistance with automated systems & processes
• Customer Service: Responding to client inquiries, following up (lead gen)
HIGHLY desirable if;
experience with Enagic
Experience with High Ticket Affiliate marketing
Experience with The Freedom Era platform
About You:
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Tech-savvy with experience using relevant tools (Trello, Asana, Google Suite, Canva, etc.)
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Experience with web and graphic design tools
• Self-motivated with a “can-do” attitude
• Experience in marketing, social media, and sales support
