Job Responsibilities

Describe the job role and the day to day tasks involved.

  • Creation and day-to-day management of paid performance campaigns across paid search, paid social (Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok), Display/Discovery/Programmatic, and YouTube
  • Experience managing multiple clients and campaigns simultaneously across Facebook, Google ads
  • Budget pacing, data analysis and reporting for paid performance campaigns on a daily, weekly and monthly schedule to internal & external stakeholders.
  • Assist the Digital Strategy team to research, develop, and present campaign plans, which align to client business and media objectives.
  • Work in close collaboration with the Paid Media team to deliver campaign updates and action changes based on client meetings and internal processes.
  • Support the Client Success team with technical analysis of client accounts and support responses to client enquiries.
  • Proactively learn and update the team about the latest digital marketing developments and ensure that campaign strategies are adapted in a timely fashion to meet all relevant requirements.

Qualifications

Preferred, But Not Necessary If Experienced

  • Google Ads Skillshop Certification
  • Meta Blueprint Certification
  • Bachelor’s Degree in marketing, media, communications, or relevant field preferred

  • Strong experience with PPC and social media ad platforms (Google, Meta, YouTube, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.)
  • Proven track record of successfully executing digital advertising campaigns across multiple channels and driving ROI, with experience across small and large budget clients.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and collaborate with team leads for media and creative insights and optimisations.
  • Outstanding communication skills, adept at conveying data, insights, and recommendations to various internal and external audiences through writing and presentation.
  • Proven analytical ability and quantitative skills - strong PPT and Excel skills.
  • A positive, solutions focused mindset.
  • Outstanding organisational skills to manage simultaneous projects effectively.
  • A self-starter with tenacity for execution and delivery, with ability to adapt quickly to feedback and business priorities.

Prior Experience

Describe the prior working experience a candidate should have.

  • 3 years minimum operational experience across paid search and paid social campaigns (Essential)
  • Digital agency experience is essential ( Must be able to manage multiple clients, campaigns and deadlines across Paid social and Search ads on a daily basis)
  • Bachelor’s Degree in marketing, media, communications, or relevant field preferred
