Job Description:
As a Sales Associate and Logistics Coordinator, you will manage sales operations and oversee the logistics process, ensuring seamless coordination between our sales, third-party logistics providers (preferably based in the UK), and customers. You will be responsible for sales activities, order processing, tracking deliveries, and coordinating with logistics partners to ensure timely and efficient order fulfillment.

This is a remote role that requires strong organizational, communication, and analytical skills, with flexibility to work across time zones. A background in sales, logistics, and experience working with third-party logistics providers in the UK is highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Operations:
*Drive sales growth by managing e-commerce platforms, handling customer inquiries, and providing exceptional service.
*Develop and maintain relationships with customers, ensuring a high level of satisfaction and repeat business.
*Process and manage sales orders, ensuring accuracy and timely updates.
*Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to implement sales strategies and meet company targets.

Logistics Coordination:
*Coordinate and manage order fulfillment, from product dispatch to delivery, ensuring smooth logistics operations.
*Liaise with third-party logistics providers (preferably UK-based) to track shipments, resolve any delivery issues, and ensure timely deliveries.
*Monitor inventory levels and coordinate restocking efforts with suppliers and logistics providers.
*Resolve any logistical challenges, ensuring quick and efficient solutions to maintain customer satisfaction.

Data Analysis & Reporting:
*Maintain accurate records of sales and logistics activities and prepare regular reports for management.
*Analyze sales and logistics data to identify trends, challenges, and areas for improvement.
*Suggest and implement process improvements to optimize logistics efficiency and sales performance.

Skills and Qualifications

Experience:
*Proven experience in sales, logistics, or a similar role within e-commerce or retail.
*Experience working with third-party logistics providers, preferably in the UK.
*Familiarity with order processing systems and logistics tracking tools.

Technical Skills:
*Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or Google Workspace and CRM software.
*Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms and tools (e.g., BigCommerce, Shopify, eBay, Gumtree, Amazon).
*Experience with logistics management software and tools is a plus.

Soft Skills:
*Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
*Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
