-3 Years of experience in sourcing/recruiting, Mid-Sr Level Expertise
-highly experienced in outreach and recruiting processes
-experienced in creating job descriptions and job marketing strategies

*Main Top 3 Responsibilities for this role:
Create job posts & custom job applications
Outreach & headhunting to various PH job networks
Pre-screen & Pre-qual 10-15 great candidates for each role
