Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement marketing strategies and marketing materials to promote the company's products
  • Support the creation and publication of effective and eye-catching images and campaigns that define and establish this new brand, using already created brand guidelines, and the exposure of the brand across various channels including wholesale, online (Amazon, Shopify), and in-person retail stores
  • Develop and execute strategies for lead generation and nurturing
  • Support the company CEO with administrative tasks including folder and file organization, customer relationship and sales tracker, product catalog organization, competitive market and product research, and data entry
  • Conduct market research to identify opportunities for growth and improvement
  • Create engaging content for various channels including social media, blogs, newsletters, and website
  • Measure and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns and adjust strategies as needed


Requirements

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
  • Must have at least 2 years of experience in a similar role
  • Proficiency in graphic design tools such as Adobe Suite, Photoshop, InDesign, QuarkXPress, and Illustrator
  • Expertise in Shopify website builder
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing channels, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent portfolio of work with a wide range of creative projects
  • Creative thinker with strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

NOTE:

  • Part-time job
  • Graveyard schedule or can work anytime when most productive. However He/She should be available between 7am to 11am, Monday to Friday at least 1 to 2 hours for client meetings and status updates.
