Job Summary: The Operations Director is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of multiple supermarket locations, with a focus on maximizing efficiency, ensuring high standards of customer service, optimizing processes, and driving profitability. Additionally, the Operations Director will lead and manage key projects related to store operations and collaborate closely with other departments at the head office to ensure seamless integration of business strategies. This role requires strong leadership to guide and inspire teams, manage budgets, and achieve the companys strategic goals
Work Environment: Based in Cebu head office.
Requires frequent travel to various store locations. Ability to work flexible hours which may include weekends or holidays, as needed.
