We at Coforge are pooling for Sales Coach with the following skillset:

• Develop and deliver engaging training programs for sales representatives, focusing on sales techniques, product knowledge, and customer engagement.
• Conduct one-on-one coaching sessions and group workshops to enhance sales skills and performance.
• Monitor and evaluate sales performance metrics, providing feedback and actionable insights to improve results.
• Collaborate with management to identify training needs and develop strategies to address performance gaps.
• Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and best practices to ensure training content is relevant and effective.
• Foster a positive and motivating team environment, encouraging continuous learning and development.
• Assist in the onboarding process of new sales team members, ensuring they are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to succeed.
• Provide ongoing support and mentorship to sales representatives, helping them set and achieve individual and team goals.
• Previous experience in a coaching or training role is preferred.
• Strong understanding of sales techniques, CRM systems, and performance metrics.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to analyze performance data and develop actionable strategies for improvement.
• Strong leadership qualities and a passion for helping others succeed.
