As an Executive Assistant with a focus on data and automation, you will play a key role in ensuring our data remains accurate across various platforms while automating workflows to increase efficiency. You will work closely with senior leadership to ensure that day-to-day operations run smoothly and are driven by data.

Key Responsibilities
- Executive Support & Coordination
- Provide high-level administrative support to the C-Suite, ensuring smooth team coordination.
- Manage calendars, meetings, and internal communications to optimize executive schedules and project timelines.
- Data Management & Reporting
- Ensure data integrity across various business platforms, ensuring listings, internal reports, and customer data remain up to date.
- Use Microsoft Excel and Power BI to track, analyze, and report on key data metrics related to marketing and business performance.
- Perform routine audits and ensure consistency across internal databases.
- Automation & Workflow Management
- Create and manage automated workflows using Microsoft Power Automate to streamline administrative and data entry tasks.
- Automate routine processes like data entry, reporting, and document management to improve operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with IT to ensure automation processes align with company objectives and are functioning correctly.
- Collaboration & Communication
- Serve as a liaison between the C-Suite and other departments, ensuring effective communication and timely updates on key tasks and projects.
- Assist in preparing data-driven reports and presentations for leadership meetings, utilizing tools like PowerPoint and Excel.

Qualifications
- Microsoft 365 Expertise
- Proficiency in Microsoft Power Automate, Power BI, Excel, Teams, and other Office 365 tools for data management and process automation.
- Experience automating workflows to improve business processes and reduce manual tasks.
- Strong familiarity with data analysis and reporting tools to support decision-making.
- Executive Assistance Experience
- Proven experience in supporting senior executives, including managing complex schedules, communications, and operational tasks.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills to handle multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously.
- Data Management Skills
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to ensure data consistency across platforms and reports.
- Experience managing business listings, customer data, or similar datasets to ensure accuracy and integrity.

Bonus Skills
Familiarity with CRM tools, SEO tools, or additional experience with digital marketing platforms is a plus.
