Job Description:
As the Executive Assistant, you will be responsible for providing high-level administrative and executive support to the owner. You will handle scheduling, client communications, document management, and help keep the company running smoothly by handling important day-to-day tasks. You will be the go-to person to ensure that the CEO can focus on growing the business and overseeing projects.

Required Technical Skills and Experience:
At least 1 year of experience as an executive assistant, virtual assistant, or in a similar administrative role
Experience managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and organizing travel arrangements
Strong ability to manage email s, prioritizing urgent communications and responding on behalf of the executive
Experience in creating reports, presentations, and documents for business meetings
Familiarity with task management tools (e.g., Trello, Asana) and time tracking software

Detailed Responsibilities:
Calendar Management: Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel for the CEO, ensuring smooth time management and prioritization of tasks.
Communication Management: Handle high-level communications, draft professional email s, and respond to inquiries on behalf of the executive.

Document Management: Organize and maintain important documents, contracts, and files. Prepare meeting agendas, reports, and presentations for internal and external meetings.
Client and Vendor Liaison: Act as a point of contact between the executive and clients, vendors, or contractors, ensuring timely communication and smooth project coordination.

Task Coordination: Track and follow up on tasks assigned to different teams or contractors, ensuring project deadlines and deliverables are met.
Administrative Support: Manage invoices, track expenses, and assist with basic financial and reporting tasks when needed.
Other Strategic Support: Assist with business research, follow up on leads, or other tasks to help with business development as directed by the CEO.

Work Schedule and Holidays:
This is a part-time role with flexible hours. Some availability during U.S. business hours is required to handle urgent tasks and communication.

Salary:
$5 to $8 per hour, depending on experience.
