Monthly Salary: 30,000 - 45,000 PHP + highly rewarding commission and bonus schemes.

We’re looking for a dynamic Candidate Sourcing Specialist to join our remote team in Manila, Philippines, and help us source and attract the best talent in the industry.

What you’ll do:

• Talent Sourcing: Attract top-tier talent for semiconductor, electronics, and engineering roles across the US.
• Strategic Sourcing: Use advanced techniques like Boolean search to find the perfect candidates.
• Innovative Recruitment: Leverage creative methods and Nexus’ sourcing platforms (LinkedIn, CRM) to engage top candidates.
• Pipeline Management: Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future client needs.
• Database Management: Keep our CRM system organized and up-to-date with accurate candidate records.
• Collaborate & Grow: Work closely with our Directors and Team Lead in the Philippines to ensure success!

Qualifications:

• Industry Expertise: Prior experience recruiting in semiconductor or electronics is a must.
• US Recruitment Experience: You’ve successfully recruited for US-based roles before.
• Tech-Savvy: Experience using platforms like LinkedIn and CRM systems to source candidates.
• Drive & Passion: You’re a self-starter with a passion for technology and recruitment.
• Personal Attributes: Loyal, highly organized, and results-oriented individual with a strong work ethic. Demonstrated ability to meet targets, overcome challenges, and remain resilient in the face of setbacks.
