Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Recruitment Officer located in Makati. The Recruitment Officer will be responsible for daily tasks such as developing job descriptions, conducting hiring and recruiting activities, interviewing candidates, and utilizing strong interpersonal skills to build relationships with potential hires.

Qualifications

• Interpersonal Skills, Job Description Development, and Hiring skills
• Recruiting and Interviewing skills
• Experience in recruiting in healthcare and medical industry is a plus
• Experience in international recruitment is a plus
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• willing to calls and phone interviews to applicants,
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
