Requirements:

Experience in Recruitment or HR:
Previous experience in recruitment, career coaching, or human resources is desirable.

Strong Writing Skills:
Excellent communication and writing skills, with the ability to craft compelling resumes, cover letters, and professional profiles.

Detail-Oriented:
Ability to proofread and ensure accuracy in all job applications.

Organizational Skills: Strong time management and organizational skills to handle multiple clients and applications simultaneously.

Customer Service Orientation: Ability to work closely with clients, understand their career goals, and provide personalized support.

Confidentiality: Maintain discretion when handling personal and sensitive client data.
