Responsibilities

  • Schedule and publish client-approved content across social media platforms
  • Engage with clients’ followers through comments, likes, and interactions
  • Analyze monthly performance data and prepare detailed reports
  • Handle executive tasks like updating profiles, scheduling appointments, etc.
  • Provide exceptional client service and responsiveness

Requirements

  • Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms and content strategies
  • Google Spreadsheet proficiency
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple client accounts
  • Proficiency with data analysis and reporting tools
  • High attention to detail and organizational abilities
  • Prior experience in social media management preferred
