- 20 hours per week; Monday to Friday; 8:00am to 12:00pm Los Angeles, California, USA time
- Schedule and publish client-approved content across social media platforms
- Engage with clients’ followers through comments, likes, and interactions
- Analyze monthly performance data and prepare detailed reports
- Handle executive tasks like updating profiles, scheduling appointments, etc.
- Provide exceptional client service and responsiveness
- Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal)
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and content strategies
- Google Spreadsheet proficiency
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple client accounts
- Proficiency with data analysis and reporting tools
- High attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Prior experience in social media management preferred
