Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or any related field.
• Certificates and/or seminars attended related to the field.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in business development, sales, or marketing with at least a year in a leadership or supervisory role.
• Experience in closing high-value deals, including deal-closing expertise, and forging strategic partnerships.
• Previous experience in EdTech or related industries is highly desirable.
Job Description:
• Strategic Partnerships: Identifying, developing, and maintaining high-value partnerships that align with company goals.
• Deal Closing: Taking charge of finalizing deals with potential clients, which includes negotiating terms, ensuring agreements are in the best interest of the company, and facilitating a seamless transition for the client. •
Team Leadership: Guiding the Business Development Representatives (BDRs), ensuring they meet their targets, and providing necessary training and mentorship.

Market Analysis: Continuously assessing the market ot identify new opportunities and understanding competitor offerings and strategies.
• Campaign Management: Collaborating with the marketing department to develop and manage campaigns that drive lead generation and brand
awareness.
• Client Retention: Establishing and enhancing relationships with existing clients to ensure continued business and identifying opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.
• Reporting: Delivering periodic reports to the Business Manager/President on partnership developments, deal closures, and overall performance of the business development team.
• Budget Management: Overseeing the department's budget, ensuring optimal allocation of resources for campaigns, partnerships, and other initiatives.
• Product Knowledge: Staying updated on the company's offerings and industry trends to effectively communicate the unique value proposition to potential partners and clients.
• Collaboration: Working in tandem with various departments, such as sales, marketing, and operations, to ensure the alignment of business development strategies with overall company objectives.
