About the Role
Step into the fast lane as a Part-Time Google Ads Specialist, working closely with the Marketing team to drive successful advertising campaigns for our brands. You’ll be responsible for creating, managing, and optimizing Google Ads campaigns to ensure high conversion rates and ROI. If you’re passionate about digital advertising and can also manage Facebook , Instagram, LinkedIn, or YouTube ads, this role is perfect for you!

Core Responsibilities:
Develop, implement, and optimize Google Ads campaigns to achieve business goals.
Conduct in-depth keyword research and create compelling ad copy.
Track and analyze ad performance to make data-driven adjustments.
Collaborate with the Marketing team to align campaigns with overall brand strategies.
Provide regular reports on campaign performance and recommend improvements.
Stay up-to-date with Google Ads best practices and trends.
Optionally manage ad campaigns on Facebook , Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube.

Core Qualifications:
2+ years of experience in managing Google Ads campaigns.
Proven track record of improving ad performance and meeting business KPIs.
Strong analytical skills, with proficiency in Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager.
Excellent time management and organizational skills.
Experience with social media ad platforms like Facebook , Instagram, LinkedIn, or YouTube is a plus.
Google Ads certification is preferred but not required.

Technical Requirements (Device):
Laptop/Computer (at least 8GB RAM).
Headset (preferably with a noise-canceling microphone).
Fast/Stable Internet Connection (at least 10 Mbps).
Available to work long-term within U.S. business hours.
