We are seeking a highly skilled GoHighLevel Specialist for a short-term project. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with the GoHighLevel platform and will be responsible for managing CRM systems, creating automated workflows, and building marketing funnels to support client campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:
GoHighLevel Dispute Fox Management:
Set up and configure client accounts within the GoHighLevel platform.
Add users to the Dispute fox manage sub-accounts, and build snapshots for campaign setup.
Create and manage custom fields, pipeline stages, and opportunity tracking.
Automation & Workflow Creation:
Develop automated marketing campaign workflows, including reactivation triggers, nurture campaigns, and appointment calendars.
Create automated email and SMS sequences, ensuring smooth client engagement processes.
Approved and managed A2P 10DLC registrations for SMS campaigns to comply with industry regulations.
Marketing Funnel Design:
Build and optimize marketing funnels using GoHighLevel’s funnel builder.
Integrate forms, landing pages, and surveys for lead generation and client acquisition.
Third-Party Integration:
Connect GoHighLevel with other platforms, such as Google Sheets, Pandadoc, Convoso, and WordPress, using tools like Zapier.
Connect Facebook Lead Ads to workflows for seamless lead processing and reporting.
Campaign Reporting & Optimization:
Apply tags and use GoHighLevel’s reporting features to track campaign performance.
Create intelligent lists and analytics dashboards to monitor lead quality and engagement.
Generate reports for Facebook Lead Ads and other integrated platforms.
Client Support:
Provide ongoing support to clients, troubleshooting any issues within GoHighLevel and related integrations.
Ensure that client campaigns are optimized for best performance.
Skills and Qualifications:
Proven experience with the GoHighLevel platform, including setting up CRM, automations, and funnel creation.
Proficiency in using third-party tools like Zapier, Convoso, Google Sheets, and Pandadoc.
Strong understanding of marketing automation best practices.
Experience in managing Facebook Lead Ads within GoHighLevel.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
