OVERVIEW

We are seeking a long-term virtual assistant to help manage multiple Instagram accounts by sourcing, slightly editing, and reposting viral content. Your primary tasks will include finding viral TikTok videos, very lightly editing them for Instagram Reels, and posting them. This is a great opportunity for anyone who is organized, detail-oriented, and ready to learn the ins and outs of social media management.

No prior experience is needed—training will be provided. Basic familiarity with Canva and Instagram is a plus but not required.


WHAT YOU’LL DO


Content Sourcing

Use TikTok to find viral content that resonates with a female U.S.-based audience.
Follow specific criteria to ensure content is viral, relatable, and culturally relevant to the U.S.

Content Editing

Download high-quality videos from TikTok using video download tools.
Edit the videos in Canva by adding text captions tailored to the content's theme, making it ready for Instagram Reels.

Content Posting & Account Management

Post 3-5 videos per day on each Instagram account you manage, ensuring posts are spaced at least 3 hours apart.
Ensure posts are optimized for viral potential by following the provided templates and settings.
Manage multiple accounts, ensuring no duplicate content is posted across accounts.

Account Setup & Maintenance

Create new Instagram accounts when needed, following the provided setup and warm-up processes.
Optimize accounts for engagement by following a specific engagement and posting strategy.


WHAT WE OFFER

Complete, step-by-step training via PDF guides, video tutorials, and one-on-one guidance.
Ongoing support and mentorship to help you master the role.
Flexible working hours: You can manage your own time as long as the daily posting targets are met.


REQUIREMENTS

iPhone only (this is mandatory due to app compatibility—please do not apply if you do not have an iPhone).
Basic familiarity with Instagram and Canva (or willingness to learn).
Ability to follow detailed instructions and meet daily posting requirements.
Excellent attention to detail to ensure content meets specific viral criteria.
Good organizational and time management skills for managing multiple Instagram accounts.
Reliable internet connection.
Basic English proficiency for understanding instructions.

ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS

You must provide a valid photo ID (passport or driver's license) for security purposes.
You must submit a screenshot of your internet speed (upload and download speeds) using Google Speed Test.

COMPENSATION

$1 USD per 10 posts
+ $0.01 per 10K views on your posts.
