What You Will Be Doing

As our Maintenance Support Administrator, you will provide support to the terminals by adding and updating information in the Planned Maintenance System database and ensuring correct data entry related to maintenance jobs, equipment (component), spare parts and other data that is in line with the company standard.

Key Responsibilities

  • Implement any type of PLANNED MAINTENANCE SYSTEM data change requests to a terminal or facility. Review and process data change requests sent by email from the terminal and technical departments.
  • Manage quality of data input in the system according to company’s current procedures and data standards e.g., Master Equipment List.
  • Review as-built drawings and other necessary documents to extract equipment details, verify their existence on site and enter in the database.
  • Review equipment parts manuals and drawings to extract spare parts and enter in the database.
  • Interpret maintenance and operator manuals to extract relevant data for job instructions/schemes. Update all relevant equipment data fields.
  • Create in the required format, equipment database for newly delivered projects and enter in the system. Create spare part databases for new equipment Make & Model. Execute projects related to optimization of the Planned Maintenance System. Execute any other task that may be assigned by the Program Manager, Maintenance Excellence.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering or other related courses.
  • Good Knowledge of Planned Maintenance Systems is preferred. Ability to read technical drawings preferred. Must have working knowledge of MS Office application.
  • High attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently or with minimal supervision and effectively prioritize and execute tasks.
  • Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment. Good interpersonal skills/able to work in a team.
  • Strong communication skills (both in written and verbally) in the English language.
