Are you an experienced Real Estate Virtual Assistant with a background in wholesaling and dispositions? We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented VA to support our team in managing off-market deals, property acquisitions, and dispositions. If you have a proven track record of helping real estate investors close deals, we want you!

Responsibilities:
Lead Management: Organize and track incoming leads, ensuring timely follow-up.

Property Research & Analysis: Assist with analyzing properties to determine their market value and potential profitability.
Contract Coordination: Support the wholesaling and dispositions team in managing contracts and closing processes.

Communication: Engage with sellers, buyers, and investors via phone, email , and CRM platforms.

Marketing: Help create and distribute marketing materials for properties under contract, ensuring maximum exposure to potential buyers.

Administrative Support: Provide day-to-day administrative assistance to ensure smooth operations for the wholesaling and dispositions team.

Qualifications:

Previous experience working as a Virtual Assistant in real estate, specifically with wholesalers and dispositions.
Familiarity with CRM systems and real estate marketing platforms.

Strong communication skills and an ability to multitask effectively.

Proficiency in conducting market research and running comparables (comps).
High attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines.

Experience in contract management and working with off-market deals is a strong plus.
