  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

We are currently seeking a skilled IT Support professional to join our team. The successful candidate will provide technical assistance and support to our internal users, ensuring smooth operations within our IT infrastructure.

Duties:
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, and scanners.
- Maintain and administer computer networks and related computing environments including systems software, applications software, hardware, and configurations.
- Handle user account management in Active Directory.
- Provide technical support for issues related to DNS, Firewall, Windows, Mac OS, Windows Server, TCP/IP protocols.
- Respond to IT support requests in a timely manner and resolve issues efficiently.
- Assist in the setup and maintenance of office equipment including computers, printers, and telephones.
- Collaborate with the IT team to ensure smooth operation of all systems.

Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an IT Support Specialist or similar role.
- Proficient in computer hardware, DNS management, Firewall configuration, Windows and Mac OS environments.
- Familiarity with Windows Server operating systems and TCP/IP networking protocols.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate technical information effectively.
- Knowledge of office productivity software applications.
