Product Lister & Creative Maker

We are looking for a motivated Product Lister & Creative Maker to join our team and assist with both uploading products and showcasing them creatively. The main focus of this role is on accurately and efficiently listing products following our Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). Additionally, you will create product creatives for advertising using our existing Canva templates. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, can follow SOPs carefully, and has a creative touch to enhance product presentation using provided guidelines. Responsibilities:
• Upload 5-10 products daily to our store using our provided tools and SOPs, depending on the daily requirement. • Create product creatives for advertising daily, following our Canva templates and SOPs. • Use product images to create creatives swiftly, utilizing AI and automation tools to streamline the process. • Collaborate effectively within a team using workflow tools such as Monday.com or Trello. • Maintain a consistent and professional standard in all product listings and creatives.
Requirements:
• Proven experience in product listing/uploading for ecommerce. • Experience with Shopify is required. • Familiarity with Canva (we will guide you on how to create the creatives, which is very straightforward). • Comfortable with using AI tools to improve efficiency. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. • Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
