Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Master Barista at Kabesera Cafe in Angono. The Master Barista will be responsible for creation, innovation, preparing and serving coffee, engaging with customers, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining the eco-friendliness and cleanliness of the coffee bar area. Additionally, the Master Barista will assist in beverage costing, pastry pairing, food preparation and contribute to the overall ambiance of the café.

  • Customer Service expertise
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Attention to detail and cleanliness
