About your position
You’ll transform customer queries into delightful experiences through calls or chat support in our US retail account. Our CSR agents resolve issues, provide support, and ensure customer satisfaction with a personal touch.
You’re the perfect fit if
- You’re 18 and above
- At least a Senior Highschool/Highschool Graduate or 2 Years College Undergrad
- Willing to work on-site
- With excellent oral and written communication skills
- Can educate customers on inquiries and other product information
- Able to handle issues and complaints in a professional manner
- Has at least 6 months of call center experience for HS/SHS graduates
- No CC experience is required for 2 Years of College Undergrads
