Position Title: Instructional Designer for Learning Architecture Team

Location: Alabang

Mode: Work from Office

Position Summary

The Instructional Designer is responsible for the creation of engaging learning experiences for all programs of IGT. This position will focus on establishing a standard for developing synchronous and asynchronous content across all sites. The Instructional Designer is required to work collaboratively with different stakeholders and program SMEs to ensure that key standards are met.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Scope and outline training content
  • Conduct training needs analysis
  • Create learner-centered training curriculums
  • Identify training activities to match different learner styles and ensure learners have fun while learning
  • Develop a variety of training output, from facilitators guides, presentations, e-learning (level 1,2,3), rapid videos, etc.
  • Facilitate Train-the-Trainer and knowledge transfer sessions
  • Create knowledge and skills assessments
  • Evaluate learning effectiveness

Required Skills

  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience working in instructional design/training and development field
  • Experienced working on different instructional methodologies such as ADDIE, SAM, etc.
  • Partners with key stakeholders to analyze performance gaps and design a training solution to increase performance and learner engagement
  • Presents design solutions effectively and communicates various training deployment strategies that caters to modern learners
  • Conducts discovery sessions to identify the learning problem
  • Learning management system administration and coordination, e.g., Moodle, Litmos or any eLearning Platform
  • Design and develop courses for different delivery modes (instructor led training, virtual training, self-directed learning, eLearning, etc.)
  • Multimedia development and formats

Familiarity or Working knowledge of e-learning authoring tools and development

  • Experience in using different authoring tools (Articulate 360, Adobe Captivate 2019, Lectora, etc.)
  • Experience using different software for creative development (Adobe Creative Cloud Systems -Illustrator, Premiere, Character Animation, Spark)
  • HTML/C++ is a plus but not required
  • Excellent communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
