What we’re looking for:

Proven experience in web design with a strong portfolio showcasing both aesthetics and functionality.
A deep understanding of marketing principles—knowing how design impacts customer journeys, conversions, and SEO.
Familiarity with tools like Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, WordPress, and web development basics (HTML/CSS).
Ability to balance creativity with practicality, ensuring each design not only looks great but serves its purpose effectively.
Great communication skills to collaborate with other creatives and marketers.
Bonus points for:

Experience with CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization) tools like Hotjar, Google Analytics, or similar.
Previous work on projects in e-commerce, real estate, or high-ticket service industries.
