We are a fast-growing, service-based business that helps student loan borrowers navigate their financial challenges. We’re looking for someone to join our dynamic team who’s ready to take full ownership of operations, systems, and team management, while helping us scale effectively. We need someone with the enthusiasm, experience, and personality to lead our operations and bring thoughtful solutions to the table.

The Role: As the Director of Operations and Systems, you will be responsible for driving the operational backbone of our business. This isn’t just a role where you execute tasks—you’re here to bring your vision, innovate, and own the entire operational process. Your main goal is to streamline our processes, develop and manage our systems, and lead our team with energy and purpose.

You will be empowered to make decisions and drive operational success, with full autonomy over systems and processes. Your success in this role will be measured by your ability to streamline operations, improve team performance, and create scalable systems that allow the business to thrive.

You’re a force to be reckoned with—a high performer who sees the big picture but knows how to get the little things right. Most importantly, you’re ready to help take us to the next level.

Key Responsibilities

Systems Leadership: You won’t just manage systems—you’ll own them. You’ll have full autonomy to implement and optimize processes that keep the business running smoothly.

Outcome-Driven Management: Your role is to ensure that we move faster, deliver more accurately, and improve our client experience at every level.

Team Leadership: Manage and coach a team of 3+ full-time staff across client support and content creation; foster a culture of critical thinking, attention to detail, and high performance.

Project Execution: Own the execution of key projects, from client onboarding to sales funnels, ensuring everything runs like a well-oiled machine.

Data and Reporting: Ensure accurate data reporting and develop better systems for tracking and analyzing performance metrics.

Process Improvement: Identify gaps in current processes and create solutions that optimize our workflow, communication, and client satisfaction.

Vision and Innovation: We’re not looking for someone to simply follow a playbook. We need you to think strategically and bring fresh ideas that help us achieve our big-picture goals.

What We're Looking For

Visionary Leadership: You don’t just manage operations—you see the big picture and know how to turn vision into reality.

System Savvy: You’re familiar with Airtable, automation tools, CRM platforms, and AI tools like ChatGPT. You know how to leverage tech to improve operations.

Leadership & Influence: You have a strong, magnetic personality with a proven ability to lead teams and inspire performance.

Results-Oriented: We’re less concerned with how things are done and more focused on the outcomes you produce. If you can take our systems and make them better, this is the role for you.

Problem Solver: You’re proactive and solution-oriented, always thinking a few steps ahead to solve problems before they arise.

Autonomous & Driven: You thrive in an asynchronous, remote work environment where you take full ownership of your role and drive results with little oversight.

Curiosity & Initiative: You’re endlessly curious, constantly looking for ways to improve systems and optimize operations. You’re not just here to push buttons—you’re here to lead with impact.

What We Offer

- A fully remote position with flexibility to manage your own time and projects.
- Opportunity to lead a dynamic team and influence business growth.
- The autonomy to innovate, bring new ideas, and shape how we operate.
- Competitive hourly rate with room for growth based on performance.
